I wanted to introduce him, a Boston guy who has never really had authentic Southern food, to the real thing, and this truck did not disappoint. We ordered the garlic hot honey wings, tangy gold riblets, sea salt fries, potato salad, and mac and cheese. Every single dish was flavorful, juicy, tender, and amazing. My fiancé especially loved the riblets. He had never tried a riblet in his life, and now he cannot stop talking about them. I truly recommend visiting this truck and trying their food. Not only is it some of the best barbecue I have ever had, but it also feels good to support a family business run by hardworking folks who clearly put their heart into what they do. If you are looking for real Southern flavor made with love, this is the place. We will definitely be back! ”
